Welcome to howardbest. These terms form a binding agreement between you and howardbest, an independent fashion studio operating from Hamburg and New York. By browsing, registering, or purchasing you agree to every rule below. If any clause conflicts with your local consumer laws, those laws prevail; everything else remains in full effect.

1. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least sixteen years old and have legal capacity to contract. We may refuse service, delete accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, especially when we detect automated purchasing, reselling bots, or policy circumvention.

2. Account Integrity

Choose a strong password and guard it. You are fully responsible for everything that happens under your profile. Tell us immediately at contact@howardbest.top if you spot suspicious logins. We limit one welcome discount per household; creating multiple accounts breaches these terms and may lead to suspension.

3. Product Listings & Inventory

Shoes are bench-made in short runs using Italian and German leather. Hues can differ slightly from screen to screen. Size guides are measured in millimetres; stand on paper, mark heel and longest toe, then compare. If an item becomes unavailable after you order we will cancel and refund the exact amount paid.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All amounts are shown in euros by default. Currency converters are indicative only. European shoppers see VAT included; customers elsewhere may face import duties which we cannot predict and which are your responsibility. Promotional codes must be entered before checkout; we do not adjust orders once payment is captured.

5. Payment & Fraud Checks

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Transactions undergo 3-D Secure authentication and random manual review. Orders flagged as high-risk may be delayed up to forty-eight hours while we request identity documents. Refusal to cooperate results in cancellation and immediate refund.

6. Intellectual Property Licence

All imagery, text, and source code remain the exclusive property of howardbest. You receive a limited licence to view and cache pages for personal shopping. Any scraping, bulk downloading, or republication for competitive purposes terminates this licence and may trigger statutory damages.

7. User Content & Social Tags

By posting photos tagged #howardbest you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, crop, and share your content across our channels, always crediting your handle. You confirm you own the rights and that no third-party rights are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, howardbest limits total damages to the purchase price of the specific product that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, goodwill, or data, nor for business interruption.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by German law. Consumers in the EU may also rely on mandatory protections of their home country. We prefer amicable solutions: contact contact@howardbest.top first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Hamburg, unless you choose to file where you live.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms quarterly. Major changes take effect fourteen days after posting. Continued use of the site signals acceptance.
