REFUND POLICY

We give you thirty days to change your mind. Count from the day the courier marks the parcel as delivered. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and still carry original tags and hygienic liners. Shoes must be returned in their undamaged box which should be placed inside protective outer packaging so the branded box is not marred by shipping labels.
To start the process email contact@howardbest.top with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within twenty-four hours containing a prepaid label for customers located in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. Buyers elsewhere may use the same label and the cost will be deducted from the refund. Drop the parcel at any authorised carrier point within seven days of receiving the label; after that window the code expires and a new one will incur a small service fee.
Once the package reaches our warehouse we inspect each article. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable except when the item was faulty or incorrectly sent. Exchanges are treated as new purchases; if the desired size or colour is sold out we will automatically process a refund instead.
Final-sale items, gift cards, face masks, and personalised monogramming are non-returnable. Packages that arrive back after the thirty-day window may be refused or subject to a twenty percent restocking charge. Refused shipments, undeliverable addresses, or unclaimed customs releases are treated as returns and outbound postage will be withheld from the refund.
If you believe your product is defective or has developed a premature fault despite normal use, contact us immediately. We may request detailed photographs. When a manufacturing defect is confirmed we will offer free repair, replacement, or full refund at your discretion, together with reasonable return postage reimbursement.
